No batteries to buy. A full charge takes about two hours and gives roughly an hour of rolling. The battery is sealed inside the ball, and the ball powers itself down after about five minutes of inactivity so it is not flat when you need it.

How to Use

1. Charge the ball fully before the first session.
2. Place it on the floor and let your dog sniff it for a minute.
3. Choose a mode and let it roll, or nudge it to wake it up. Stay nearby for the first few sessions.
4. Recharge after play. The ball will switch itself off if it is left idle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it good for small dogs and puppies?
Yes. At 75 mm it suits small to medium dogs. Start with Slow mode so it does not startle them, and supervise puppies during play.

My dog is nervous around moving toys. What should I do?
Leave the ball switched off on the floor so your dog can sniff it first. Then try Slow mode for a few short sessions. Most dogs warm up quickly.

Is it a chew toy?
No. It is a chasing and tugging toy. The rope takes most of the biting, but a strong chewer can wear it down over time. Supervise heavy chewers and give them a dedicated chew toy for chewing.

Can I leave my dog alone with it?
We recommend supervised play, especially the first few times. Once you see how your dog treats it, you can decide what is right for them.

How long does a charge last?
Roughly one hour of rolling after about two hours of charging. Actual play time depends on the mode and how hard your dog plays.

Will it work on carpet?
Yes. It runs best on hardwood, tile and thin carpet. On thick carpet, use Fast or Interactive mode.

What if the rope wears out?
The rope can be untied and replaced with a new cotton rope, so you do not have to replace the whole toy.

What does the light color mean?

Why did it stop moving?
It turns itself off after about five minutes without activity to save battery. Tap it or switch it back on to start again.
